The squabbles within the ranks of many political parties in Nigeria these days have continued, seemingly unabated with no clear end to it all in sight. Blames have been traded as to the root causes of these wahalas as some put it all at the doorstep of the ruling party which they claim wants no credible opposition to their party.
In light of these different shenanigans and the fact of their victory to affirm the true leaders of their party at the courts, the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP) has come out to emphatically state their position. A statement released from the office of the party’s founder, Dr. Boniface Okechukwu Aniebonam details their plans as seen below: It says:
Henceforth the national, zonal, state and local council executive of our great party are being advised to setup media team in their respective unit to advertise our party
Propaganda is 90% of war and indeed we have been at war with Kwankwaso and his unemployed characters for the past three years
The media team should showcase our party activities in their various units and locations. With social media every one is now a journalist or reporter, and so do not bother about finances. Share your activities in the social media and invite responsible partners to join us for a new Nigeria
At each moment, occasions and activities you must be flying the flag of nnpp, it is easily visible to the public in the social media space, let stakeholders and intending members know that we exist
Note that Kwankwaso is saying that without him that nnpp can not go anywhere, he has succeeded in challenging all of us but he is not the God of nnpp. We are children of God

NNPP is not part of any coalition and we have no intention to join any.
NNPP is not an opposition party to any of our sister political parties but rather we are responsible partners
Kwankwaso and his unemployed characters have been expelled long time ago from our party and we wish them well
We shall put Dipo Olayoku, Prince Onu Nweze, Ladipo Johnson and other unemployed characters abandoned in our party by Kwankwaso and Buba Galadima to be disturbing and distracting us through court processes into prayers for God’s wisdom and forgiveness
This battle is won and lost and victory is ours no matter the level of compromise by INEC, we shall overcome shortly
Let our engagements be issue based than personal attacks on anyone except in defence
We want to thank all members who are working very hard and thinking out of box going forward, I am most grateful and delighted to note the jingle developed and sent to me for input, I did make input and it came out better and pronounced.

Keep it up and I feel better and happier to intervene wherever I noted a volunteer effort to power nnpp like you have done without waiting to be directed.
And indeed all of you starting from the national chairman and all his nwc members contributing, specifically those following all court processes, INEC, media engagements and indeed the newly created IT dept led by Yinka Dada etc.
But let us double our efforts and do not wait to be told what to do. All states and regions are hereby activated to take the media space and membership registration.

I visited Mr. president during the Easter holidays celebration in Lagos to wish him well as the father of the nation and he was happy that I did and on behalf of our great party.
He extended his greetings to all of you and Nigerians as a whole and seeking for responsible partnership to make Nigeria great once again.
Mr president is humorous, a great listener and patriotic, a delight to listen to for 30mins talking about renewed hope for Nigeria greatness.
Let us continue to pray for the life of our president and other leaders in our country for God’s wisdom and protection, there is hope to overcome all human element barriers against our greatness but we must work very hard and law abiding.
We must file candidates in all elective positions in 2027 including presidential, Mr president is looking forward to achieving the essence of multi party system in Nigeria.
It is the lazy ones and those who have skeleton in their cupboards that are blackmailing Mr president and APC over the alleged one party system in Nigeria.
One begin to wonder how a country of over 21 registered political parties can be alleging one party system
What stops the leaderships of the various political groups to distribute themselves among the various political parties, finance them and test their popularity, after all they have the financial capacity to do so.
The developing story is that even though we have expelled all the NWC members of Kwankwaso’s followers from our great party, many of them are calling to accept them back to the nnpp family. They claim that Kwankwaso deceived them all these while.
They said that they have been treated as slaves and they do not understand how their leader can just direct that they should collapse their structures and membership to african democratic party without consultation.
Whereas Dipo Olayoku , Barr. ladipo Johnson and Prince Onu Nweze continue to gamble and living on false hope to stay the execution of Owerri appeal court judgement, others have refused to be used as slaves any longer.
The statement is seen as a resolve to put their house in order and prepare for the general elections coming up in 2027.
